Position Responsibility:

  • Conduct service appointments with members which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
  • Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
  • Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
  • Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.
  • Convert members into Personal training.

Position Responsibility:

  • Membership & Personal Training Sales – Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.

Designation : Cluster Manager Sales

Function : Cluster Manager Sales.

Job Purpose:

To ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout the Snap Centres. The Cluster Manager will report to the Head of Sales to ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and to drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Centre Managers. You will work closely with your direct reports being the Centre Managers across the centre of Snap Fitness on a one to one basis, whilst working with, informing and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Position Responsibility:

  • To effectively manage the performance and development of Centre Managers to drive and maximize the sales performance and profitability throughout the Centres.
  • To ensure the achievement of KPI objectives across the centres through your Store Management team.
  • To identify under-performing centres and develop a business plan with the Centre Manager to address and manage issues effectively.
  • To assist in the setting of the Centres sales budget.
  • To clearly and concisely communicate business and company objectives to Managers so that they remain well informed of business activity and of their required contribution to targets/results
  • To achieve successful Service results through the development and training of Managers.
  • Instil a culture of exceptional service and selling skills through the Centre Managers to ensure repeat business.
  • To oversee with the Centre Managers any maintenance issues in the Centres and resolve.
  • To ensure managers deliver in-centre operations to the required standard.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Sales.
  • To ensure that all Centres adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for recruiting a talented Centre Management team as and when needed.
  • Working with the Managers in understanding and resolving staffing issues -following the correct HR procedures.
  • To be involved in new centre openings from a selection, interviewing process and ensuring team are trained via Corporate Team Support for the opening/running of their centre.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate.

Min Experience of 5 years in Sales.

Designation : Membership Consultant/Sales Executive

Function : Membership Consultant/Sales Executive.

Job Purpose:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and researching and analysing sales options. Sells Snap Fitness Membership by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

Position Responsibility:

  • Handling all the enquiries – Walk-ins and Telephonic.
  • Responsible for selling memberships at the centre through Marketing & Promotional Activities.
  • Responsible for Targets.
  • Maintain accurate member details.
  • Travel across the country for pre sales activities of new club launches.
  • To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry, exceed all standards, indices and benchmarks, and offer customers the latest and the best in the fitness industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate/Equivalent.

Min Experience of 6 months in Sales

Designation : HR Internship

Function : HR Internship.

Job Purpose:

Position Responsibility:

  • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
  • Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
  • Acquainting the new joiners with the Company Policies, Culture, & handling the entire documentation process of the employee’s.
  • Issuing offer letters to the selected candidates and doing continuous follow-up with the candidates to ensure that candidates join on scheduled date.

  • Maintain front desk and set off Gym tour for walk ins
  • Responsible for selling memberships at the club through Marketing & Promotional
