“It has been an incredible journey so far. When I joined #SnapFitness, I was introduced to Sisho Sivadas, my trainer. He is a physiotherapist and a very down-to-earth guy. Since I was new to the fitness world, he helped me getting started and understanding the correct form for the exercise routines.
As for the gym – it’s pretty well equipped and clean. The staff is courteous and the trainers are really nice. They are easy to approach and gel with.
However, one thing that I’ve noticed is that the trainers are constantly bombarded by queries and requests from people. As a normal gym user, it would be courteous on our part to keep the requests to a minimum.

Four years ago I was in the worst shape of my life weighing 230 pounds with 33% body fat. My back was constantly hurting and would go out on me every couple of weeks for no reason. I was unable to run due to my back problems, so I purchased an elliptical and started using it four days a week and lifting weights at home. I also started watching what I was eat and my weight started to drop. Then Snap Fitness opened up close to my house.
Shortly after joining Snap I started working with a trainer, Earnest. Earnest not only kicks my butt every Wednesday night, he shows me several different exercises and workouts to perform between our training sessions to help me meet my goals. At age 42 I am in the best shape of my life. I lost 65 pounds
