BOOTCAMP

Boot camp is one of the oldest methods of training given to the military to enhance the performance of strength and endurance and is well adopted at SNAP fitness centers. Boot camp is a high-intensity group activity that has a small group of 5-10 members which consists a mix of different activities such as cardio, strength, abdomen, core and flexibility. Snap fitness works closely with our members and helps them achieve their individual goals through International standard processes. We screen individual fitness levels and set goals based on their expectations with complete scientific fitness analysis reports. This helps individuals keep track on their fitness progress records and achieve the results they want while experiencing our international level services.

IN-BODY ASSESSMENT

This gives every individual a personalized report on current fitness standings with overall body scan details. This will help to design a workout plan with perfect intensity to suit him/her and bring results soon and at a healthy pace.

CONSULTATION

Our fitness experts will study the In-body Assessment and understand the individual goals of the member. They will also collect additional information about individual lifestyle and understand the medical history or genetic disorders if any. Based on all this they will mutually set the level of fat loss & muscle gain to be achieved and educate the individual on how they can reach their goal

3DAY ORIENTATION

INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMISED WORKOUT CARD

Fitness experts will gather and analyse individual in-BODY assessment report along with 3-Day ORIENTATION results & plan a CUSTOMISED WORKOUT cha.

FITNESS EXPERTS GUIDANCE

OUR fitness experts will guide the member during workouts as per the scheduled programme and ensure that all individuals are trained and taken care of on workout postures, breathing techniques, rest between sets & many more & guidelines till they learn the exercises to perfection.

CUSTOMISED DIET CHART

Dieticians will have a consultation with the member to understand their goals & lifestyle with food habits and guide them to make alterations of food habits based on their fitness goal and the intensity of workout designed by fitness experts.

RE- ASSESSMENT

After setting all Mandatory process to our valued customers, we do re-ASSESSMENT of all the verticals every 6 weeks to track their progress and improvements in fitness. This will keep the members highly motivated and help them to reach the next level of fitness and achieve RESULTS.
