Boot camp is one of the oldest methods of training given to the military to enhance the performance of strength and endurance and is well adopted at SNAP fitness centers. Boot camp is a high-intensity group activity that has a small group of 5-10 members which consists a mix of different activities such as cardio, strength, abdomen, core and flexibility.
